Law 1: The Rule of the Free Tile

A tile can only be selected, matched, and removed from the board if it is deemed Free (unblocked).
A tile is considered Free if and only if it meets both of the following structural conditions:
1. Top Unblocked: No portion of another tile is resting directly on top of it.
2. Side Unblocked: At least one long side (either the left or the right side) is completely open and not touching an adjacent tile on the same layer.

Law 2: Standard and Special Matching Protocols

To remove two tiles from the grid, they must form a valid Harmony Pair:
